Do you know how hard it is to try and finish 5 seasons of a show within 3 weeks? It's really stinkin' hard. But I want to watch all of Stargate: SG-1 for free on Hulu, and they're taking them down on May 15th! I'm one week in and I've already watched 1.5 seasons.
Also, there are the 8 or so other currently running TV shows I watch that are getting in the way. But I'm not addicted. I swear I'm not addicted...
They don't have them on Netflix instant? Probably not. I am however addicted to documentaries of any kind on Netflix instant streaming.
ReplyDeleteNope, not on instant. You have to get them sent as DVDs, which takes up space on my queue. I can do that, but at 5 or 6 discs a season, that would be a lot of space in my queue, so I want to knock out as many as I can before Hulu takes them away. I'll use netflix to finish whatever I don't get.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I never pegged you as a documentary-type person. Interesting.
Yeah, well not like history documentaries or anything...mostly nature, political, and everyday people...like King of Kong about the battle for the top score in the world at Donkey Kong :)
ReplyDeleteAmy, the first step is admitting you have a problem. :) But i also tried to watch Arrested Development on Hulu before they took it down, so i can understand.
ReplyDeleteDana, have you seen Food, Inc.? It's a documentary about where our food comes from in America. We have it in our que but i haven't seen it yet. I think it's by the same guy who wrote "Fast Food Nation," which i read about half of. It was pretty good. i'm afraid that i won't want to eat a burger again tho after i watch Food, Inc.
Yeah we saw Food, Inc. It's pretty interesting, but I'd heard a lot of the information before. It does make you think about what you are buying though, defiantly worth watching. I have The Cove in my que which is about dolphin slaughters in Japan...saw it on Oprah.
